At Conway Precast, we strive to ensure that your custom-made precast concrete products are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding the shipment of your orders.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after order details are confirmed.
- Custom orders may require additional processing time. Estimated production and processing times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available options will be provided at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Standard delivery times range from 5-10 business days after the order has been shipped.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- For large or bulk orders, additional shipping charges may apply. We will provide you with a detailed shipping quote prior to order confirmation.
Delivery Locations
-We currently ship to locations within the United States. If you require international shipping, please contact us to discuss available options and additional charges.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order shipment, please contact us for assistance.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at conwayprecast@gmail.com or (501) 329-8951. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
- In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your order and provide updates on the status of your shipment.
Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of order. Conway Precast is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for receiving the shipment at the provided address. If a shipment is returned to us due to an inability to deliver, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
