Services

Conway Precast specializes in the design, and manufacturing, of custom-made precast concrete products. All orders are made to the specifications provided by the customer.

Orders

Orders must be placed through our official channels, including our website, email, or phone. All orders are subject to acceptance by Precast Conway, and we reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in the USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order placement. Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins.

Custom Orders

Since our products are custom-made, please ensure that all specifications and measurements provided are accurate. Changes to orders may not be possible once production has started.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet these estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.

Liability

Shofner enterprises Inc. (also known and referred to as "Conway Precast"), is not liable for any damages, or injury, arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or injury.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arkansas.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
